Rules on Privacy
1 - General Provisions
We highly value your trust in choosing the Portals of the AllGarfo Network to share with other individual users (individuals) or business users (corporate) restaurants and wines in the countries where Portuguese is spoken. We will therefore safeguard and protect your properly and diligently to privacy and confidentiality of your personal data (including data from your credit card and your AllGarfo card). AllGarfo Portals have high ethical standards and respect your privacy. Except information required by law in any relevant jurisdiction, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, such as name, email and credit card data and AllGarfo card.
2 - Applicable Law
The applicable law is the Law of Protection of Personal Data No. 67/98 of 26 October of the Parliament of the Portuguese Republic and authorization No. 90/95 granted by the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) and the Directive 95/46/EC of 24 October 1995 of the European Union on the processing of personal data, where any User is legally able to gain access to their personal data stored on file and fix them or change them if they are wrong. You can also make these changes by mail and email to the addresses indicated. All individual users (individuals) or business users (corporate) allow the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation mentioned above.
3 - Newsletters and other information
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletters or other information from us, we offer you the option to join the service. If you do not wish to receive more of our newsletters and other promotional communications, simply click the link - unsubscribe - to no longer receive or respond to e-mail filling the subject field with "unsubscribe" or "remove."
4 - Registration of visitors and “cookies”
To improve our service and product, we use cookies (temporary and persistent) to track the search behaviour and monitor and record the visits and the use our website(s). Cookies are text files stored on your computer, either temporarily or permanently on your hard drive. Cookies are used for authentication, session tracking and maintaining specific information about users of the AllGarfo Portals as site preferences or the contents of their electronic shopping carts. In addition, we will record your IP address, browser type and service provider (ISP) for fraud, abuse and criminal investigation.
5 - How to change your personal information or unsubscribe on our database?
If you no longer wish to be included in our database, or wish to change or correct any information about you, please unsubscribe your User online or email us with your request to info@allgarfo.pt
6 - Final provisions
We have the right at any time to change the way we collect, transmit and process the data of individual users (individuals) or business users (corporate) that we consider necessary. This Privacy Statement may therefore be amended from time to time, to reflect the latest changes.
